Before you spend the money

Check the input at the agrovet counter

The check takes a photograph and a few seconds. It is the single highest-leverage moment in the whole season, because everything downstream inherits the decision made here.

Label reader

Photograph the container. Vision OCR handles faded print, Kiswahili text and small type, then pulls out active substances, concentrations and the PCPB registration number.

Typed lookup

No container to hand? Type the product name and the PCPB number. The lookup resolves it to its actives and caches the answer for everyone who asks next.

Verdict with a citation

SAFE, RISKY or UNCLEAR in plain language, plus the regulatory basis: approval status under Reg (EC) 1107/2009 and the residue limit that applies.

Safer alternatives

A blocked product comes back with EU-approved substances registered for the same pest on the same crop — including options permitted in organic production.

Crop doctor

Photograph a sick plant for a likely diagnosis, then get treatment options that are already filtered through the same EU compliance rules.

Crop compliance profile

Every planted crop carries a live profile: what has been applied to it, which harvest intervals are still running and whether it is currently clear for the EU.
